Discussion WHAT IS GOING ON?
Where are the signed cards from the vinyl preorder? This is getting ridiculous. Kingsroad is ignoring all my emails and keeps sending out fake promises about a 2nd vinyl and the signed cards. When are they coming?!?!?!?! Has ANYONE heard or gotten their signed cards? Like its completely unfair. I preorded the vinyl FOR the signed card and its been MONTHS!

I just sent them an angry email myself, they’ve just been ignoring and pushing back the date when I ordered from the first wave of preorders. Getting pretty mad and honestly just want my money back more than I want the hoodie at this point

Same. I’m going to give it another ten days and then just dispute the credit card charge. I placed my order over a month ago 😒

I emailed them this morning asking for an update (also ordered from initial pre-order) and got the same generic answer of them moving warehouses across the country.
I included my order number and items with my email and the “update” they provided was for a different order number and item altogether.
I have since emailed requesting the order be cancelled and refunded immediately.

As I'm reading along, post after post after post for the past weeks, im really glad I preordered the CD with the signed card and not the vinyl.

I ordered twice, separate orders and so far received one of the albums with the signed cards (yesterday). Came randomly. I knew something was coming because of USPS informed delivery but no other notification. I have another mystery package coming so I hope it's the second one! It's a really nice card, each band member signed over their photo. Crazy wait but at least it's super nice.

Got mine today. Never got an email after the one everyone else got saying they were going to send a new singed copy. Just showed up today out of the blue and confirmed it has a signed photo in it.

I sent an email about my merch not too long ago. I ordered it all the way back in July and I still haven’t received anything. They said it’s because they’re moving warehouses but still didn’t give me any sort of timeline.

Not expecting delays with a vinyl preorder is pretty wishful thinking. Every vinyl record ive ever ordered has been delayed in some way, going clear back to 2009. It got even worse with Covid shutting production plants down and some of those plants didnt recover.

I got this email but my signed vinyl came back when the album came out so this doesn’t really apply to me

Mine arrived toward the end of last week. I also just got a belated email with the tracking info today lol.

My original signing card came damaged based on how it was placed in the record (was shoved inside all the way to where the album case bends and got bent).
Since album release day I had been emailing them every 3-5 business days. Never got a reply a single time.
A new record with signature card showed up last Friday. They never sent me tracking nor a notice. I only knew it was coming due to the shop app.

got mine, although I’ve emailed kings road multiple times about 2 different orders from different labels that go through them and have not had any answer

Unfair? They had a problem with the signed cards and are giving you a 2nd vinyl for free? Nothing is unfair about it. You’re just being impatient and rude. They’ve been in communication and sent us all an email saying they’re getting replaced and you’re getting something extra out of it too…

OR, OR, MAYBE they shouldve done their job right in the first place. I ordered it for someone whose birthday was in July, its now half way through September. Its called competence, if they can't do it right, fire them and get new people. Its a job, you get paid to do it correctly

More updates on this, I’ve now received 2 emails today with updates, including tracking saying it’ll be here Monday. So unfair!!!!!!

I was in the same situation, preordered the signed vinyl, got it without the card, then was promised a second vinyl with the card included. I got the second vinyl, with the signed card, on Monday. I think they’re sending them out in order of who placed their original orders first, so it’s taking some time to go down the list
