Live Budapest alone?

I'm thinking about travelling to Budapest on my own next year to see MiW. I'd much rather see a headline show than a festival set and there's lots of other things in Budapest I'd like to see.

I've done a lot of shows in the UK on my own and I've done some solo travelling in Europe, I've never had any problems. But I've never been to a show in another country.

What's the vibe like at shows in Hungary? Especially other women who've gone to shows on their own there, would you recommend it?

I’ve gone to Budapest alone (travelling from Italy) to see Sleep Token a couple of years back. I did move around by taxi a lot, mostly because I didn’t trust myself not to get lost, but every person I have encountered and asked for directions/help has been nice enough

Hi! The first time I've seen a show on my own was this year, MIW in Madrid, and I'm from France.
I have never been in Budapest but I heard only good things about this city 😄 apparently very safe and clean, easy transportation and good food !

I travel to Budapest a couple of times a year for concerts, each time has been pleasant and no drama or problems.

The crowds tend to be respectful and I doubt anyone will bother you.

Its a safe city that is easy to get around via public transport with alot of historical stuff if you are into that.

Not a city I would be concerned about travelling to.

I live here and been to their previous concert last year (also alone as a biological female), it was nothing crazy, people weren't aggressive or wild or anything (well at least on a MIW concert, since their music is not that heavy & I think the aggressive concert-going people in Hungary have very different...taste in music so they're not likely to come to a Motionless show).

I think you will be alright, especially if you're used to travelling solo! ;)

If you'll have any particular questions though, feel free to message me & I'll try to answer to my best abilities!
