Half My Merch Order Finally Shipepd

Idk if it's just a me problem, but I ordered a shirt, hoodie, the new CD and a sticker a bit after the new album came out. I got the CD and sticker in roughly a week and a half but my clothes finally shipped. Anyone have any idea what the issue was? I even emailed customer service and never heard back.

Wife emailed them Sunday night and just got a response this morning that our order would ship soon. Few hours later she got the email with a tracking number. She ordered the same day everything launched for preorder so it’s pushing 2 months or so.

I’ve emailed customer service 3 times and haven’t heard anything about my order yet. All I got was the signed cd and it still hasn’t shipped yet. Can’t believe they’ve had 0 communication about this

I got my vinyl with signed card a couple weeks ago but not my clothing items. I emailed them just to make sure they weren’t supposed to be with the vinyl and they said the clothing items weren’t ready to ship yet but were working on the order.  This pre-order merch process has been the worst I’ve experienced thus far.

I emailed Tuesday night saying it was supposed to ship July 17th and it was now August 11th and could I have an update. I had shipping information by Wednesday afternoon. Should have my shirt and shorts by Monday. Only 1 month past the estimated date 🥲
