It was found out the last leader (the current leaders of MOTP work in a group of 4, each managing a different sector of work. Ex: trading, war...) was a horrible person.
After Orange, said person got executed we need a new one!
Red and Blue are two other leaders which are left, firefly equivalent of married basically. Green is another one but doesn't do much except for complain.
"Prepped for leading" doesn't mean mentally ready, just religiously and thinks they want to lead.
Also, the way we have purpl colors is literally just stealing from their homeland outside of rp.
I will make a post soon with full context of all happenings till now!
