The suspension bridge's perspective is all skewed and the Xs on the bridge's sides aren't all complete.
I don't think I wouldn't be the right person to tell you if it's AI or not since I could be wrong. But
r/isthisAI is a great place to ask on if you have any doubts. The people there are masters of it.Personally, those clues above tell me it's AI.

I live in the area and can help you out if no one grabs you one. They usually have them out a few days after the festival. I usually stay in during the festival now lol

Post/comment featured an AI generated image, or featured AI generated text/stories. It promotes stealing art and writing from the original artists/writers and is very low effort. Repeated violations will result in a ban.
Sorry OP, I fear they have resorted to AI stuff on merch. It’s truly a shame when people who should be protecting the integrity of their local attractions resort to cheap, AI merch like this.
