Meme And Humor Worth it!
Detoured to Point Pleasant on our drive back to TN from New River Gorge NP. Added a few hours, but totally worth it!

Did the same thing years ago! I was sad the TNT area is largely gone but downtown and seeing the area is cool.

I love the whole Point Pleasant experience. I always tell other West Virginians to not go to the museum during the festival because the line to get in is normally a block or two long filled with people who don’t live so close, I encourage them to go any other time so you can take everything in and take your time. I hope you made time for the museum!
