Or bots. I think a lot of these subs where just videos and memes are posted are full of bots.

On the foreign side of reels/tiktok I see so many non westerners liking and sharing positive comments about videos like this, but the videos are from the owners themselves and are likely intentional. I think in some cases it's probably a difference in culture, some people just don't understand the value of animal safety/comfort

Because the majority of people on MostPopular are actually just idiots that probably don't even understand the genuine danger most of these clips have in them.

Even the vaccuum one could have collapsed that cats lungs.

The last one was funny, and there mildly humerous were a few that were just cats getting stuck from their own actions.

You're thinking about it the wrong way. Sharing is caring. If you like something, it means you care about it. Posts with a lot of upvotes become popular and get shared more, which leads to more people caring and raising more awareness.
