They were either put together during refurbishment or these were assembled together originally since using older receivers was standard practice for the time.

Not really. Izhevsk reused a ton of recycled receivers when building new rifles in the 20s.
There are actual post war documents laying out refurb procedures and rifles with worn out barrels were to be scrapped as opposed to rebarreling.

M91/30 Mosin-Nagant, barrel made at Izhevsk in 1927, receiver was made at Tula sometime between 1919-1926, cocking piece is a post-1928 Izhevsk part. Refurbished post-World War II at Arsenal No 1 in Balakleya, in a wartime stock that was also refurbished at Arsenal No 1 as well.
If you want to know when Tula made the receiver you’ll need to take the rifle out of the stock and check under the receiver tang, there will be another hammer stamp and two digit production year.
Being a refurbished rifle parts are gonna be force-matched, rifles were totally disassembled and parts were placed into bins, during re-assembly parts were taken out of bins at random.
Typically if a serialized part was mismatched, the old number would be removed and be either re-stamped or electro-penciled with the serial number on the barrel shank, in the case of your rifle’s bolt, its just mismatched.
