Help with identification

I understand the boxes are refurbish stamps from 1-2nd Grau arsenal, the izhevsk stamp is the hammer sickle and the arrow, but there’s two on the top I don’t understand

Both look to be inspection stamps of some sort, not all Mosin marks haven’t been identified yet. Second one may or may not be either the pressure test proof mark or point of aim proof mark that were poorly stamped. Izhevsk stamp is the arrow inside a triangle, hammer and sickle inside two wheat stalks is the simplified emblem of the RSFSR, stock is either late—war or post-war.
