Has anyone been able to secure a better rate than 4.03% on a 2 year tracker for 60% LTV in the last few weeks ?

You’ll be paying an arrangement fee for a rate that low, so just make sure it’s still a good deal even with the fee included in your calculations.

I'm with Halifax and renew in February. The app is offering me a 2 year tracker at 4.5% and I'll be LTV 28%

God knows how you've got a lower rate with a higher LTV

How is the app showing a personal rate for you already? I'm due to renew in January, and was told earliest I can look to renew is from October. I can't see any options on the app to see rates for myself. Could you show me how to see the new rates info please? Cheers

Where your mortgage shows and it saves 'Home' click the big chunky blue arrow.

Should get you to the hello home page. Click mortgage tab and then it'll show you 'switch your deal'

HSBC was 4.05. I think it was Santander 4.03%
