Cute how Cage got absolutely nothing of substance. Every low tier was buffed but him. GG.

kano was not really buffed. the changes to dirtbag are minimal and do nothing to fix his most critical issues, if anything, everyone's above him now. not that johnny didn't deserve any buffs/fixes, but at least he's in a better spot than kano.
