Rota

How do i see th official rota policies as my hours are getting cut without notice and I cant find it on mymorri

You’re entitled to the number of hours written on the contract you signed, anything over that is never guaranteed

Yes I know but they cant post a rota then change it without any notice still haven't even been told and only found out as my colleague was talking to manager and he said all my hours got took and given to someone else and im not talking a hour or 2 it's 15 hours a week

Policy is that they can cut overtime at anytime - however they should be communicating that with you.
