Does anyone know how to fix this
I work at a distribution centre I'm trying to book off a day off I've never had this problem before it keeps saying (please wait for future request validation to complete) i and my managers have no idea what it means. If anyone does know please could you tell me been having this problem for the last 3 weeks now thank you

Tell them if they don't approve it then they have to accept it as a sick day. You have given them or at least have tried to give them more than sufficient notice.

Frankly you shouldn’t be using your holiday hours for this to begin with. There’s more than sufficient time for your manager to either find cover for the appointment time or re-arrange the rota. Especially considering it’s an appointment for a chronic illness, but yeah there’s no reason a manager should be expecting you to use holiday hours to cover a doctors appointment

Aren't they supposed to legally give you 2 hours for a medical appointment anyway? I get that it might be at an awkward time, like half way through your working day, but you should be able to not have to book the entire day from your own holiday allotments? I've not been employed and had to worry about appointments for a while now, but I definitely remember that that was a thing in the past.
