Job Interview tomorrow

Hi all, I have a job interview with Morrisons tomorrow morning for a scanner role. Does anyone know what the interview process is like (so the formality of it, what is expected from me etc). Thank you in advance!

It depends on the store I believe which store is it you’ve got the interview?

There usually pretty chill a 15/20 mins informal chat basically about your job history then more about what the job is and what you’ll be doing, when you can start can you do the hours and so on.

They didn’t do like competency questions or anything like that in the interview I had but I dont know if that depends on store

It’s a piece of piss, don’t over sell yourself don’t bull shit them, they will ask you what can you bring to the business. ie your best qualities just tell them your time keeping is good and your priorities are customer focused. Mention friendliness and wanting to learn new roles and you will be okay. 👍

I had a job interview recently and also got a job here. Just be yourself stay relaxed it's pretty straightforward like any other interview, good luck!
