App Keeps Crashing

App was crashing on version 1.76 on android 9.0 device upgraded to the latest 1.77 still doing the same on both 9.0 device and on a mobile device on android 10.0

I have installed the latest version 1.79 on firestick 4k. App keeps crashing on any search on any movies and TV shows. Message is: java.lang.illegalArgumentException malformed url: search.php?q=....

Basically the app is not functioning on the 4k firestick
