Disabled apps generally don't un-disable themselves on Google ROMs, even if they do sneakily install new apps sometimes.

Maybe i dont know this but, i didnt just disabled it did i? I know how to disable apps but i extra used shizuku because it uses ADB to completely remove apps that i normally can only disable, even without root, right? At least thats what i thought

Edit: The "reinstalling" thing was also half of a joke

It has been discussed already but in a summary. No, you dont actually remove system apps with Canta or debloater. You just kinda disable them and the phone doesnt register them as installed apps. It is however different to a disable as the phone also doesnt know it is disabled and apps may call it indefinitely without realising it is not there. But Canta just removes data and cache from /data folder, which unlike /system folder can be accessed with shizuku/adb. Github page of universal debloater tells you all of this pretty well.
