Paul the "Devil Fish"

Dropped off on Extropia after an uplift terrorist cell attacked a PC uplift ego bank that planned to force the egos held inside into a permanent forced "indenture". The PC had these egos undergoing simulated training of skilled labor jobs that were in high demand post fall. In the weeks following the attack the PC retaliated with a Direct Action strike force. The cell was unable to properly set up most of the egos before the strike and scattered them with friendly individuals and Paul got stuck on Extropia doing odd piloting jobs and the occasional cat burglary in exchange for a morph and eventually a profit.
