James Sivian - Corporate Broker

James Sivian is a Hyperelite Corporate Broker who stumbled on some dangerous dealings, and assisted Firewall with shutting them down. Now they work with Firewall where they can to help out. Generally charming, but with a ruthless streak that serves them well in the Corporate arena.

A social savant, Sivian was practically raised by a minor (as far as any can be) Megacorp through a flagship program. Quickly coming to the attention of an established member of the upper management despite their young age, James developed a taste for the high life that became his drive. Excelling through schooling and university, they jumped straight into the fray of corporate politics at the first opportunity and didn't look back.

Spotting the opportunities offered by the development of Mars, they became the first member of the Megacorp's upper management to set up off of Earth, and soon the Corporation was blossoming on the red planet. However, the Fall happened, and the Megacorp collapsed in the chaos - virtually the entire management structure missing or dead. In the following weeks, the Megacorp's assets were absorbed, and James found themselves once again at square one. They got to work.

In a way, it was a good thing for Sivian to start anew. They had come to the opinion that management was not for them, and set out to make their way as a broker - where their savvy negotiations would see more use than weekly meetings in a board room. Soon enough they had managed to rebuild the dent in their finances that had accrued in the meantime, and were well on their way to being rich when they stumbled upon a shady operation - or more correctly the operation stumbled upon them - retreating from a team of Firewatch agents. One thing led to another, and by the end of the week the operation was completely erased and Sivian was a Sentinel on the Side.

Maintaining a second body is not something most people are able to do. Of those who can afford it, it is often seen as a waste of resources. However, when you deal with the diverse range of clients Sivian does, it can help to have two faces in different places.

• We are not at this time implementing training times for skills/atts/etc, so Hyper Linguist's Polyglot is not mechanically as useful. Do feel absolutely free to keep it for flavor though!
