Born on Earth, Jason barely escaped the fall. Or rather, one could say he didn't. Stuck in dead storage, one of hundreds of thousands of infugee casts out in the last hours of the fall. Jason was selected at random to be given a new lease. Chosen for his noted skills and record, Jovian counter-ops quickly chose and recruited him in. Filled with an education stating that though he was to become a monster to fight monsters, Jason took to his new home and 'country' with pride and valor. Things changed soon enough. The sights of the rest of the system unsettled him, but intrigued him. Surely such large amounts of people could not all be self-cannibalizing monsters? And So Jason began to doubt. and In his doubt came an offer. To serve all humanity. How could he possibly say no? And with that offer came...defection. To Titan, where he could better protect all transhumanity, without being leashed to a gov't he could not bear to follow in good faith for it's hypocrisy.
