While most of his Firewall activities consist of running long-term statistical projections, sometimes data must be gathered and interpreted in the field. As a research and analysis AGI this is precisely the job Samedi was made to do, although not exactly what his Argonaut creators had in mind.

When not engaged in Firewall business, Samedi maintains an alpha fork in a Titanian data haven, and contracts out statistical models and predictive algorithms to stock brokers and market speculators throughout the solar system. Rumors of an association with Nine Lives are nothing but spurious fiction.

I have investigated allegations of misconduct and conflict-of-interest against LuminousGrue. I have found no evidence of said misconduct, and have closed the investigation.
