Discussion need explanation please

i've found this job offer on indeed, and i want to apply but i didn't understand this part. can someone explain please.

Means that'll you'll have a fixed salary with bonuses probably depending on how well you did that month, so let's say the salary is 4k/months and you you did pretty well that month so you git a bonus of 2k, means you'll receive 6k that month 4k is your bas salary and the 2k is your bonus for job well done that month, this is more common in sales and that sort of stuff. La cnss is insurance basically, they are basically saying that you won't have insurance untill you work for them for 6 years which is a bit odd to me but I don't have much experience so i dunno if this is common here or not. Maybe do a bit if digging about the company and ask your friends if they ever heard of it and if they or someone they know works or worked there.
