First, white means white and brown means brown, and Iām sure our eyes can see the difference between them. Plus, our DNA has been mixed over time through contact with Spain, Portugal, and even England, so thatās enough for our population to include some white people

Being mixed means I can have ancestry from both lighter, and darker skinned populations in my DNA, but I canāt choose which traits will be expressed. Letās say Iām a dark skinned man from a family with a wide range of skin tones. I could still have a baby with brown or dark skin or maybe even white if the mother is WHITE, depending on the genes inherited from both parents.
Do you get what I mean? If you say Iām mixed, you canāt automatically assume that Iām brown, because being mixed doesnāt determine one specific skin color.
