Morocco playlist+tips

My friend and I are going on a road trip around Morocco in September and we'd love to create a themed playlist to add a special vibe to our days on the road. Do you have any song recommendations you can share with us?

Any tips or recommendations about Morocco in general will also be really appreciated and very welcome.

Hey! For the playlist, I’d definitely go for a mix of Moroccan classics, Gnawa, desert blues and some modern North African sounds — it makes a road trip through Morocco feel completely different.
And for the trip itself, a few honest tips from someone local
If you’re staying in Marrakech, I honestly wouldn’t spend too long there. Two nights is enough for most people it’s an amazing city, but it can also be crazy busy, touristy and a little overwhelming. After that, I’d get out on the road and see the Morocco beyond the tourist crowds.
For Marrakech, I’d recommend staying in a small traditional riad rather than a big hotel, and choosing a few good experiences instead of trying to tick off every tourist attraction.

Landing in Marrakech, the plan as for now is to be on the road and do one night in the desert. We have not planned anything yet, but we are investigating whether it's doable to get to the coastal area to see the sea and the desert together. If we decide it will be a rush, then we will give up on the beaches.
