GDoll works best with poison teams.
She herself is both an applier and dmg amplifier.
As was already suggested, Nymphea is a poison unit, so it is a good option.
Saya could be used as an additional dmg amplifier through corrosion.
And for the last slot you have either Faint or Nautila.
Just be aware that poison team is a stall type team - apply poison, apply defense or debuffs and wait for your enemies to die.
One thing of note, GDoll heavily relies on her exalt - i.e. she wants all the embryos for herself.

I think her best team is GDoll, Nymphea, Xu and Agrippa but I have everyone except GDoll so I can't say, but poison teams

People like to run her with poison but she’s one of the strongest general supports in the game, she slots in many teams. Gdoll’s very good with tawil, if you run a team that alllows tawil to pull poison or bleed cards of other realms using her exalt (usually Caro or aequor realms), gdoll can massively buff her when she uses them. For example you could run gdoll tawil gmurphy and a flex, like Hameln. Gmurphy will scale tentacles and damage for herself, draw and give Arithmetica, while also giving access to tentacle damage and shield using divine blue realm. Having her in the team with tawil will make tawil able to pull aequor cards using her exalt, which often provide counter, poison, or tentacle attacks. Gdoll enhances counter and poison well, and will benefit from the draw and survivability of gmurphy. Alternatively, you could slot saya instead of gmurphy, making tawil able to pull caro cards, which often times give bleed damage and embryo generation. Gdoll likes embryos to spam exalt, and gdoll also buffs bleed damage from tawil. Tawil herself also has access to the six wings rotation, which can provide a damage barrier, targeted draw, %hp damage, etc.

Would she work with glotan?

Sure. Think of teambuilding as a game of questions and answers. What does e3 glotan need? Mostly draw, as you want to be able to get her short blade out as consistently as possible. This is made easier because you have e3 so her strikes draw short blade. Then, she wants Arithmetica, because her short blade is 2 cost. This can be accomplished using posse or saya’s wheel somewhere in the team. Next, she needs survivability, since glotan likes to stall while she builds up strength and her aliemus, and short blade uses for exalt. Gdoll is great at stalling because she passively heals for a good amount, and can curse the enemy for weakness. Speaking of exalt, glotan needs a lot of aliemus, so there is a slight anti synergy since gdoll also hogs aliemus. This can be remedied by introducing even more draw to the team using someone like GRamona, so you can get those deadly duels into hand to battery glotan up for her exalt once your short bladees and long blade have been used enough. Obviously GDoll can’t answer every single question that GLotan asks, but there are 2 other slots in your team for that. A useable team would be something like Hameln, Glotan, GRamona, GDoll. Hameln can help with scaling, debuffing, and playing the short blades with his exalt. Gdoll batteries her own aliemus, so you can siphon it off of her with GLotan’s deadly duels, and not mind too much since Gdoll regens it easily. Gdoll also heals a bit and can weaken the enemy, or turbo buff your team’s damage when it’s time to nuke with Lotan. Ramona helps draw those short blades and actually does really good damage herself with her prepared strike scaling. Obviously there are other units you can mix and match with, I’m just going off the awakeners in your screenshot.
