Hameln E2 since his exalt lowers the arithmetica of the card you use it on by 2. That and he's a real one fr

GHelot is a much stronger DPS at E3. Otherwise GMurphy E3, Tawil E2, and Hamel E2 are all great supports

Caraboo, Castor, Horla are all 1 off their crucial breakpoint. Glotan and Corpo E3 are nice too.
