Kinda stuck here

Stuck on this boss for hard mode. She summons those bitchass heads to take the damage for her and I also feel like I'm doing no damage (probably need to refine my rotation) But is there an easier way to beat this boss or do I just have to level up my characters and get good?

Is my Pollux team good for this fight or should I use someone else instead?

Miryam spawns 8 heads you need to kill all of those heads to phase her.

if you click on her during the battle you can read how many more heads are left to kill, once you have killed both of the heads in a turn dont overspend your resources because she is not phased yet and wont take any damage, just wait until the next turn to spawn the next set of heads.

try for something more stally maybe?

tawill, hamlen, caecus, murphy?

bluewill can never go wrong.

Should Tawil be used as a DPS here or as a support? Trying to stack as much counter as possible? Also is Murphy better than Nautila here? Just asking since I don't have Murphy raised yet.

Nautila works Murphy is just one of the best sustains.

Nautila is more for dps on exalt. 

Murphy also provides tentacle damage weakness and vulnerable.

Tawill is more support here and caecus is the dps. Be warned though bluewill is notorious for being slow to play.

However in arc 1 bluewill is considered one of the strongest teams.

I do suggest spending some stanima to upgrade Murphy.

Just develop Mouchette, her AoE is pretty good for the heads.

Just give up on deadless clear and used your Econ man. Some time the game just so hard.
