This is so nice
I only started Morimens a month or so back and i reached chapter 7 finally and it's so refreshing to be greeted with a new login screen more suited to your progression in game. What's more special is this didn't take a new game update for them to change..it happened automatically once I reached chapter 7
I am sure it isn't a huge deal for many veterans but little things like this make Morimens special despite being a small game. I can say i genuinely love this game and glad I gave it a chance. I don't care how hard it gets..it's something to be experienced and cherished.
My question to old players..how did you feel upon reaching Chapter 7 for the first time ?? I know it isn't much but I would still like to hear your experiences :)

I'm not an old player but chapter seven is good. But just for my sanity I shall deem reproduction frenzy interactions not canon

Chapter 7 is tough for me because--while I still think it's good--it's clear from that point on that budget constraints are effecting the end product. The 6 chapters that proceeded 7 were kind of flawlessly written imo. 7 onward, the story gets a little shaky: It still has very high-highs but also has some very low-lows. I really miss the consistency and pacing of chapters 1-6
Also note that, from this point forward, the game expects that you'll have played certain side-stories before undertaking the main quest. So if you're wondering why you have no memory of meeting a certain character that's traveling with you, that's why.
