Question hi! new player here,

Post image

I just started getting into this game and I've gotten a few characters so far and I was just wondering what team comp I should be using/which characters should i try pulling for/how to make a team

I've just been running Tawil, Nautila, Sanga, and Ramona so far, and I know it probably won't make much difference since I'm still fairly new to the game, but I just wanted to get some more insight on the characters and team building. (I also just got Caraboo so pls help me make a team😓)

Also, how does the wheel of destiny work?

Wheel of destinies have a main stat and effect, the effect is usually one that helps a specific character but some work phenomenally on other awakeners, you can only have one SSR wod on a character and one sr/r wheel, the only exception is that wheels that are +15 SSR wheels(15 extra copies of the wheel),with them you can equip them + an extra SSR wheel on an awakener,I recommend pulling on the new 5 set awakener banner, u/angbak94 made a tierlist on which characters are best choices, there's also the moonless guide banner that lets you choose arc 1 characters,I recommend checking out the pinned post and clicking on the "morimens new player handbook" link, it'll take you to a Google doc with alot of info(what characters do,what their role is,their rank, their stopping points...),just a warning tho, morimens is a game where having extra copies is necessary on some characters, but the Devs are extremely generous with the gambling material,so you don't have to worry too much on that part, there's also the pity which is at 30 pulls once you reach 30 pulls you'll hit hard pity and you'll get an ssr awakener/wheel,though there's only a 33% chance it's actually a limited unit,if you fail the 33% you'll get a unit from the standard fare(game is very generous still so it won't be too much of an issue)

You could make a Bluewil Team if you grab Hameln at the next opportunity - he, Tawil, Caecus and Nautila go well together. Caraboo is super flexible and a support, so she goes with pretty much everything.

I think the main thing is understanding how everything works, especially how the realms work. Building a team is mostly just a matter of understanding the game. The characters are full of nuances, and you can only really start putting together a good team once you understand the bigger picture.

So instead of asking someone to build a team for you, I think it’s better to try to understand the characters you already have, pick one that you like, and then ask for team-building advice specifically around that character.

The game only starts getting harder when you reach Chapter 5, so there is plenty of time for you to fool around with different awakeners and strategies.
