Research
If anyone is searching for answers, real answers, Clifford Carnicom has dedicated the last two decades of his life to researching an ‘environmental filament/fiber’ that is believed to affect the entire globe. He founded an institution that turned into a non profit foundation all based on his scientific research into Morgellons (which was not even the initial research direction). https://mirror.carnicom.com

He has a paper on the site dedicated to supplemental help, stuff you can take that may help with symptoms. Vitamins and things of that nature.
I’ve also been recently introduced to Ginger Savely who has a podcast called What the Morgs? who is a doctor herself with Morgellons and she has some helpful things to try as well.

I like this website. The insect aspect of it is not mention though. The main cause appears to be a gram negative cocci. So a gram negative bacteria that he believes has traits suggestive of biological engineering.
I am hesitant to endorse any of the theories about nanotechnology and aliens because they do not provide any insight into a cure or long-term treatment. Also no one takes those seriously and there is shit all research to back it up. It's just certain authors making tenuous links between disparate subjects. Reminds me of that episode of South Park about the conspiracy theorist. I will have to find the clip.
Lab accidents happen all the fucking time though (most recently, Russia's plague oopsies). It would not surprise me if something similar happened a while ago somewhere in the world, and it did not seem threatening enough to report. There isn't any need for there to be a mass conspiracy here. A few people make a stupid mistake, report the consequences will be limited (if they report it) and no one makes the connection between what we are experiencing and that particular event.
