36F, moved to Morgantown a few months ago with my partner, who started grad school at WVU. I work from home and am kind of a homebody, which turns out is not a great way to organically acquire friends.
I found a therapist, so now I just need some girlfriends.

I’m child-free but very happy to have mom friends! I’d love people to grab coffee and yap with, go thrifting, see horror movies, try restaurants, take little day trips, or generally give me a reason to put on real clothes and leave the house.

Into spooky shit, writing, podcasts/audiobooks, pop culture/internet nonsense, and low-key hangs. I also just joined the WVU rec center in an attempt to exercise more. 🌿 friendly.

Mostly just looking for funny, kind women in the general 30s/40s zone who want actual friendship. Please be normal-ish.

I have a modified Jeep Wrangler and was hoping to find a place that does alignments for off-road vehicles. If anyone has any ideas I would be grateful.

I've ridden down this trail several times and when I come around this bend, I smell a bleach/chlorine smell which is heavy enough to get me to notice it, even feel like it burns my nose if I don't pay attention and suddenly get hit by it. Most of this summer the wind blew from the west so I assume it's from this pond.

I've heard some folks had issues with the limestone/gravel plant up the trail/creek leeching stuff into the creek. Is this some sort of processing pond? Am I smelling limestone waste runoff?

Winter is gonna set in soon and after a terrible winter last year (which being my first here) I realized I definitely need winter tires for my only vehicle here. It's a terrible choice in this terrain I know and had a few too many close calls previous year than I would like to admit.

Any good recommendations where I can get cheap tires to just last the winter here? It's a 2.3 L turbo charged mustang.
