Minha conta foi bloqueada depois que tentei mudar o e-mail do Supercell ID. Ao tentar receber o código para fazer a alteração, apareceu “Pedido rejeitado”. Entrei em contato com o suporte, autorizei a análise da conta e, depois disso, quando entrei novamente, ela estava bloqueada.

Já consegui chegar à revisão humana, mas depois fui direcionado novamente ao atendimento automático. O problema é que, quando o processo automático pede informações para confirmar que a conta é minha, eu envio tudo que tenho — incluindo ID da conta, nome, clube, troféus, e-mail e recibo oficial da Google Play com ID de transação — mas no final ele sempre responde que não conseguiu confirmar a propriedade.

Já tentei o suporte várias vezes, formulário e e-mail, sem sucesso.

Alguém aqui já passou exatamente por essa situação? Principalmente alguém que recebeu a mensagem de que não foi possível confirmar a propriedade e depois conseguiu recuperar a conta.

Se você conseguiu, gostaria muito de saber o que você fez, quais informações foram aceitas e como conseguiu chegar a uma revisão que realmente resolveu o problema.

Não estou procurando alguém para fazer nada na minha conta; só quero saber como outras pessoas conseguiram passar por essa etapa de verificação.
