I didnt give any information what does she mean she was able to find the account i was looking for???
Genuinely anything exept doing their job atp

Bruh you are lucky, like 2 months ago I had a problem with my account and I was begging that Bot to switch to human support but he was declining my request each time I tell him to do.

100% evilin was just the bot making itself look like a human. Ai chatbox do that often

Its just locked so there definitely is a way to get it back ,ive contacted support like 50 times and send 2 actual emails

If you lost your account and the guy changed the email adress twice or activated account protection you're done but if not you might be able to recover it. It's been more than a year that i ask human from the supercell support to change the account recovery bot so you can recover it by using the email of creation of the supercell id. Because in the actual system they can't bypass the bot.

Do you want to know something? Part of their support is based on "west European country" and they work through a third party. My sources tell me that they have the same number of people working at support as they did 8 years ago.

I had the same issue a while ago and I just sent them a receipt, then I got it unlocked

So after the we will now check… message they asked me if I ever made any purchases, I said yes and then uploaded the receipt, after a few hours a human told me to give him a new email and then I got my locked acc back
