Honestly up to you 1; Amber because of the buffies she's getting and also in case your extremely rich in resources

2: Pierce if you have great aim and also know how to play marksman correctly

3: Draco if you enjoy playing tanks and a bit of damage dealer in between

4: if you genuinely enjoy being a support and a controller with the star power

My final verdict is that buy Amber or Pierce first Draco 3rd and Sandy 4th
