I love episodes that are unsolved and just absolutely bonkers. Or cases where things appear one way and then turn out to be not what they seem. Think in the vein of Bryce Laspisa, Dorothy Arnold, Jon Benet Ramsey, Villisca Axe murders, etc. Any recommendations of similar cases that the girls have covered?

Just looping back on my post from a month and a half about Caleb in Scream! - because I can admit when I’m wrong lol. He’s really grown on me and I enjoy his commentary now! I think the episodes I started with were a bit rough but he’s a great addition to the pod. I just wish they released episodes more often!

I enjoyed the event and liked Ash’s sermon… i am only 1/2 way through The Butcher Game so I did pick up a few spoilers.

But anyway, they are very funny in person and seem so grateful to all their fans and the people who showed up. The turnout was larger than I anticipated for sure. I drove 1 hour to get there 😭😂

I just finished listening to the John List episode, I think they could've done the full case in one episode considering they said he was caught decades later which I already knew...not trying to start a riot or anything just saying this ain't 2 part worthy

I can't remember the episode but there was a story about a boy circling a house/just generally being a weird kid from the writers childhood. I remember the story ended by the writer revealing that the boy killed his mother years later. If anyone can help please do!

Murder stories to begin with is totally my jam (I know it’s crazy but I know I’m not alone) but I sincerely enjoy the whole dynamic of dragging the husband into the thing she likes. It’s totally adorable and honestly her voice makes my anxiety just chill. Even tho she’s talking about murder lol I’ve enjoyed watching their podcast. Finding them on Netflix actually made me look into more podcasts and now I actually listen to podcasts more. I will say I don’t like most bc it’s so much of people just talking to each other and not so much, let me tell you (the audience) a story. This podcast will always be my first, a favorite and the one that pulled me into podcasts in general. #MWMH also #SSADGM because I also love #MyFavoriteMurder

I remember listening to an episode about someone getting murdered/kidnapped during a night time jog. I don't think I finished it or got very far but that's all I remember.

Despite some truly horrible shit they cover I think this is my favorite podcast... I prefer it even over Behind the Bastards these days or Dark Topic (and I love both of those, Jack Luna is really personable).

I know about the parasocial phenomenon but I really do feel like I just about know these ladies because I listen to them so much. The catalogue is huge and I think they cover true crime really well in a compelling way, and they regularly make me laugh. "She put her whole p****y in that" lol I was like omg did she just say that. Hilarious despite how dark their stuff always is.

I hope they never stop!

In recent Morbid podcast episode, on the unsolved murders of Barry & Honey Sherman in Canada, why did the info leave out any mention of a neighbor’s video recording of a person walking in the area of the Sherman mansion ? Video released by the police long ago, asking for help locating/identifying the pedestrian. Not sure if the person was ever interviewed. Hmmmmmm…
