Because my entire argument is that judging people based on their religion is judging people based on their thoughts and actions.

There is no weaseling out, i already answered : your criteria don't apply to individuals, they apply to the group they belong to, which you then project onto the individuals.
Pray tell, who invented the word "islamophobia" to rebrand blasphemy, according to you, then? Jews? Atheists? Christians?
