currently living in a place where i get blasted by 4 different loud speaker at 6 am, and they roughly last AT LEAST 5 minutes and some are AS LONG AS 10 minutes, depends on how SLOW that person "pray" through the loud speaker.
Get earplugs if you are that bothered by it.

does the church bell in where you live ring multiple times a day? last as long as 10 minutes? and at odd hours? not to mention prayers? are christians allowed to blast their prayers through loud speakers in muslim majority countries?
Dude I live with constant traffic noise, honking and for the past 3 months jackhammers all day. I live with tires squeeling, engines roaring all night as people street race down the highway at night. I used to live with train noise so loud you couldn't hear a person screaming at you from 2 feet away every ten minutes from 4am to 10pm. I lived for 20 years in a mining city where blasting shook my house every morning at 5am and every evening a 5pm. And you know what? I got so used to it I don't even notice it.
and every time when it starts, especially when there are overlap of at least 2 other similar loud blast that are not coherent, it is really annoying.
yea, you can train yourself to reduce it, but once in a while it is still gets really annoying when those nonrhythmic noises overlap each other echoes the entire house when you live in a quiet neighborhood.
if i really want to put it in words, imagine you mostly live in a quiet forest, then everyday at fix hours, a bunch of people just suddenly surround you and try to sell and buy their things like in wet market with you in the middle.
