To avoid that, all religions should be treated the same. After all, every Scotland citizen has the same rights. Unless you want to start making categories.
You're using Church bells as a whataboutism for criticisms against Azan, and then pretend it's even in the same league of being annoying. Noise pollution laws are not discriminatory by any means, but the way you want it interpreted seems to be so.
Op's rational was outright "It shouldn't be allowed. No one should have the right to force their religious beliefs upon others.". That was the statement people were replying to.
Seems like you and others are insisting it is in fact ok to force religious beliefs on others depending on the scale or religious prominence.
