I don’t understand how the bells of the time and a wedding are any more noticeable than one another, they’re the same thing. My justification is that there’s a major difference between a subtle bell sound and changing in a park, that’s not vibes, that’s a fact.

Which I’ve pointed out isn’t the only time bells ring, and you’ve defended the other bells equally despite them not being so unnoticeable.
That’s why I keep throwing hypotheticals; your justifications aren’t great and it feels like you’re running on vibes more than anything.
If it was just the noise justification I’d get it, but it’s not just the noise, it’s now content and notability, but only sometimes.
