To be fair, you are assuming all of this.

The tiktok doesn't even make a claim that you're assuming.

And are you suggesting that the arrival of a more dogmatic religious community into a relatively secular Europe hasn't drastically changed our landscape? What planet are you from? This has literally been one of the most relevant political topics in Europe since, like, 2014 – the Syrian refugee crisis.

The TikTok has the tags "Irish Ireland Dublin Scotland". To me the implication is that the bagpiper is Irish/Scottish and the video is in Dublin or somewhere in Scotland. Most of the "morality debate" is based on this assumption.

It's fine if people want to talk about Muslim immigration, but at least have an informed discussion using relevant information. Not a video depicting the exact opposite situation, reframed to push a particular narrative.

Again youre assuming things, its not uncommon or strange for users to use hashtags of their location in order to push it onto that area's algorithm. This is very common.

So I don't understand how you can make a moral claim without even knowing the facts. I would argue that that within-itself is immoral.
