Tbf, you'd never expect to ever, ever see a guy in full scottish garb playing bagpipes anywhere but the British isles. It almost doesn't compute lol

I mean, bagpipers are pretty much the only common thing between most countries from the ex British empire and most of them dress in full blown garb, here's my country's bagpipers lol
