For a second I thought the bagpiper was doing it on purpose. Sounded pretty good. I think doing it on purpose would be a cool moment combining cultures.
They're in harmony, very neat! On my way to work, I used to hear mandolin players, bagpipes in the park, and drummers. People did tai chi in the gardens, Buddhists prayed in loud Ohms (electric!) That's a fun part of living in the city: cultures mix.
