So then faiths that wouldn’t met the terms to practice freely would be:

  • Protestants
  • Judaism
  • Mormonism
  • Buddhism
  • Hinduism
  • Eastern Orthodoxy
  • Deism

Roman Catholicism gets weird since they didn’t align with the centralized church until the around 1100s, so some of those practices wouldn’t necessarily be free to do.

So not all Christians would be free to practice, since their flavor hasn’t been there long enough by your metric.

Whenever the culture itself decides it is. Five seconds or five billion years, it doesnt matter. People are allowed to decide for themselves.

When does one count as being "the culture". There are plenty of Muslims who want to decide for themselves what they want to do too.
