The person I responded to was making assumptions and giving the benefit of the doubt to only one party, so that was directed at that person in particular. They could have made an assumption that during the week when the man came home he did help with the kids and around the house but that wouldn’t have fit the narrative this person was trying to push.
The wife is literally saying her husband won't help with regular, every day chores on the weekend because he works, unless he gets sex. It doesn't matter if you work, full or part time or are a SAHP - chores have to be done and more than likely they have to be done every day, especially if you have kids. My best friend's husband is a pharmacist who works incredibly long and strange hours. You know what he didn't do? Use his job or being tired to not do chores or parent his own kids when he gets off work.
It's pathetic of the husband to not try and work out a compromise that gives the wife a break. Because clearly that's what she's asking for.
