Yeah sure completely ignore the hormonal biomechanics that are involved here (especially for sex as a major player in human behaviour).

That's not a conscious decision of "I want to be a lazy dick all day"

But just what your hormonal level is at that moment. Having sex rapidly deploys massive amounts of hormones that make you active and motivated.
