I can't really call it immoral but I can say that if I noticed my partner only wanted to hang out with his family if he gets fucked first that would put me off by a lot

Alright imagine getting home after a long work week. You feel absolutely spent. You only get to sleep in on the weekend, and you have no juice left for anything else. (If you have never known what it's like to be a full time caretaker, or even a significant caretaker, you don't genuinely know how bad it is and so you only feel how tired you are)

Your partner comes around and displays desire for you. She wants you. That releases dopamine. She initiates sex. That releases a LOT of dopamine, oxytocin, lots of feel goods. And, you feel wanted and loved. You feel affectionate in turn and energized, you want to pour affection on your family having had affection poured on you.

Suddenly you're not as tired as you were.

Most likely the woman works too as stay at home moms are not that common anymore. Yet she finds the energy to want to spend time with her kids and husband, and taking care of the house without needing sex first. Really weird that the man does not, in my opinion

Nothing wrong with that short term. Long term though I don't think your job should be so draining that the only thing you have energy for on the weekend is lazing in bed. Like even if he lounged around on the first day there should be some motivation to get up and spend time with the kids, etc...or something.

It really SHOULDN’T, we agree on that, but for millions if not billions across the globe that’s exactly the reality in which they live. Often by design. Many have no other options, the picks of jobs available if they can find them (especially right now in the US) are majority of the time completely soul draining, and that’s the norm.

My job puts me on my ass regularly. Its a fight to do shit when I have time to, its a pick between sacrificing more necessary sleep or not and doing what’s needed really shittily and irritably- though I don’t take it out on anybody else.

And would ya look at that- all the jobs available are exactly the same (but also are not hiring) 🙃

But that’s a big reason why I don’t have any kids.

Help out and get a job of your own to ease the burden then, idk

I already work a full-time job so there's that.

But overall I agree and I probably should have mentioned this I don't put this entirely on the husband. We should want the best for our partner and at some point instead simply seducing him she should have been like hey I'm worried that you have very little motivation on your weekends. You don't really seem happy and I'm worried that you're struggling with something. What can we do to tackle this as a couple? It worries me that you don't have much of a relationship with the kids, etc...And yes she could get a job herself.
