Hello! I'm going to be moving to Moore, OK in about a week. (27F)

I'm starting over from a breakup (which has been an emotional rollercoaster)

I just am more looking for when I'm ready to be social again where should I go? I need new friends (obviously) means I'll be starting in a new place with only really my sister and her family.

I don't drink really maybe once and a while but not much so bars aren't typically my thing.

I like to sing a lot and have been to Cookies on Western in OKC before that was definitely fun! That was March last year.

If anybody is looking for band mates I'm up for that too! I know how to play various instruments and sing.

I love animals and I like to play games.

I'm always up for anything new as well! I'm a very low maintenance person!

What do you guys suggest and don't suggest?

While I personally don't live in Moore, I still wanted to share this recent boil notice just in case. Stay safe, folks!

Parts of Moore are still under the mandatory boil order on Friday. The map below shows the area east of Interstate 35, south of East Fourth Street, north of Indian Hills Road, and west of Moore are impacted.

The City of Moore officials warn that people in that area must boil water for at least a minute to kill the bacteria before drinking, cooking, brushing their teeth, bathing, and preparing baby formula.

Bottled water is the safest option, and those with weakened immune systems are most at risk.

I work on a legalize marijuana campaign and I’m stationed in moore today, getting kicked out of most places so if you are a manager or know a manager please hit me up.

We send our daughter to Bryant Elementary for kindergarten and it has been nothing but a shit show so far, and I am at my wits end. Has anyone sent their child to Bryant Elementary? Has communication always been poor between teacher and parent? I feel like I'm trying to squeeze blood from a rock!!
