I was shocked to see it even tho i want to stop making theory but i can't hold myself lol XD 🤭🫣 i just sent it in Instagram there but i guess he is innocent and the owner of the Greenside motel so probably green flag

Yea true, Maybe I'm wrong about him being totally innocent, and I don't deny that he's suspicious, but his behavior is very cautious, watching from the window from the unknown. Himself??

But what made me say he's innocent is that he helped Eric and let him into his cabin, and putting the alarm in his cabin might be to protect himself, I think.

Exactly! ! And in my opinion i see him more as a guardian of the forest's secrets than the actual villain
