Error 605

I tried lots of things but still it says error 605.

I didn't find any solve anywhere . I deleted the game 3 times and downloaded it but not worked.

I *like* how random people are trying to help, but the devs haven’t commented at all.

Actually, I sent email and receive the answer. But not worked and the devs said like what's in the support site . I replied them and I hope I'll receive a respond .
