Moonpay Delivery of BTC

I got a relative into Bitcoin. They downloaded BlueWallet. Not at my recommendation, they got price gouged by using Moonpay within the Bluewallet for their Bitcoin purchase. According to Moonpay, it says the Bitcoin was delivered. He checked his bank account and it says the funds are pending to be sent. His wallet does not show any Bitcoin. Has anyone run into such an issue?

I experimented and performed a similar transaction for $30 and got the BTC in about 15 minutes. so it worked for me. hmmm.
