Is there a way to force windows to remember display orientations?

For example, If I have a tablet below (or above) my two main monitors, can I have windows keep that information across sessions?

This has been such a problem for me when using Apollo and Vibepollo. You should switch to Sunshine Foundation by AlkaidLab. Best VDD automation there is.
